It’s also a chance for us to get to know one another and see if we’re the right fit. I’ll answer any questions you have, walk you through how I work, and explain what comes next. No pressure—just an open, honest conversation to set the stage for a great partnership.

During this in-person consultation, I’ll walk through your space with a fresh, expert eye. I’ll offer on-the-spot insights and suggestions, take preliminary measurements, and gather the details I need to shape the direction of your project. This is also where I’ll outline each phase of the design journey and what you can expect from me along the way. Within roughly 48 hours of our visit, you’ll receive a formal agreement to move forward with the Design Proposal.

Once we’ve signed on, I begin crafting the initial vision for your space(s). You’ll receive a curated mood board that helps us define the overall feel, tone, and style direction. This is where we start narrowing down your likes, dislikes, and must-haves. Once we’ve aligned on the aesthetic direction, I’ll present physical samples, colour swatches, and material suggestions to bring the design to life with texture and depth. This phase is collaborative and creative—your feedback helps shape the final concept.

With the design vision approved, I move into the detailed planning phase. This includes sourcing specific furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that align with the overall concept and your budget. I also create a 3D rendering of your space so you can see how it will all come together. This is your opportunity to review selections, make any necessary changes, and feel fully confident in the design plan before moving forward.

To ensure a smooth implementation phase, I offer hands-on project support as an optional service. I’ll coordinate deliveries, inspect items upon arrival, and ensure everything is installed according to plan. This step is key in avoiding costly delays or mistakes. Prefer to handle this part yourself? That’s totally fine too—I'm here to guide you either way.

If you choose to have me manage the purchasing and styling, I’ll wrap everything up with a beautifully staged reveal—your own HGTV moment. From hanging the final art piece to fluffing the pillows, I’ll take care of the final styling touches so you can walk into your space and fall in love with it instantly.
